WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESS?

Our order process is very simple. Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address. A shipping confirmation email should follow after 2 - 4 business days containing a tracking number for your shipment. Dont hesitate to contact us if further assistance is required at any point.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. Please note that you may have to wait a few days for the tracking number to become active.

We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of their orders and warranty.

 

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED ON TIME, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold ups. Please reach out to our customer service if you notice any abnormal behavior.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?

Shipping time may vary based on your location. Shipping within the USA and Europe usually takes between 7 and 20 business days to arrive. Shipping internationally can take around 15 - 30 business days to arrive depending on more factors. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 15 – 25 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order. Do not forget that you can track your shipment at any time using your order page and tracking number.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR IMPORT TAXES?

Geekthink cannot be held responsible for custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. But most of the time, you don't have to pay any additional fees. Geekthink is  NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ON YOUR SITE?

Yes. We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions.

The payments are processed by a third party secure service. We don not store or have access to your credit card information at any time.

 

ARE YOUR WATCHES RESISTANT?

Our watches are built using quality materials (see our quality page). Also most of our watches have a water resistance of 3 bar (see detail on each of our watch listing page).  Please avoid contact with water, as water damage is not covered by our warranty. We also recommend keeping bracelets away from water.

 

HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?

You can easily contact us using the form on the website.

Customers have priority. If you ordered from us, reply to the confirmation order email or include the order number in your email to get higher priority.

 

CAN I CANCEL/UPDATE AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, you usually have 12 hours to contact us before we start processing your order. But we may process your order faster.

Please do drop us an email by replying to the order confirmation email as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or update an order that you have just made.

 

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any lost packages, packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases.

 

ABOUT SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packets for any of the following reasons: 

- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices but sometimes all the items in your order are not available at the nearest warehouse)

But over 99% of the orders placed on our website are shipped in a single parcel. If we ship your order in multiple will always inform you in the shipping confirmation email.
